Molecular Biophysics and Integrated Bioimaging (MBIB) Division Director Paul Adams has announced a number of changes in the Division leadership, effective July 21.
Senior scientist Junko Yano has been named the new Division Deputy for Science. She has been serving in that capacity on an interim basis since last fall when previous Deputy Corie Ralston stepped down.
Faculty scientist Carolyn Larabell will step into the position of Department Head of Cellular and Tissue Imaging vacated by previous Department Head Manfred Auer’s retirement.

He also extended his thanks to Yano, Kern, and Larabell for taking on these new roles within MBIB and expressed gratitude for their support of the Division
