Stewardship of our people and resources is central to achieving our strategic aims and is a vital part of professional development at Berkeley Lab.

Get involved
Sign up to be part of the organizing committee at the Area level or to help promote events. Committee members can volunteer to lead or participate in initiatives.
Participate in Lab outreach efforts
Berkeley Lab has a series of programs through which staff can conduct outreach to various audiences (through activities such as scientific, technical, or career presentations, etc.). Interested staff can:
- Attend conferences and events with the Berkeley Lab Ambassador Program to help support the Lab’s talent outreach efforts and develop the pipeline.
- Act as volunteers and mentors for the Lab’s K-12 Education Program and Workforce Development & Education department.
