Research Interests
Ganapati is a researcher in generative AI + biology, aiming to understand the dynamic nature of protein complexes by creating new tools at the intersection of machine learning, large-scale experiments, and physics-based simulation. She creates multimodal platforms with large language model (LLM) agents to reason about questions in structural biology.
